9 Ways To Feel More Bliss!!!!!

1) Buy yourself some bliss.

You will not find it at the mall, Sally! Buying experiences maximizes happiness. Spending money to make a new pie are happier than those that spend there money on possessions. The author of the study is Dr. Michael Norton, an author at Harvard.

2) Be bullish about "me" time.

3). Forget self improvement. That is a good one, and one thatI believe we should hear often to remind ourselves. Bask in your greatness!

4). Make tough stuff work. What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger. Yea, yea, yea! We know!

5). Sorry, could not help the sarcasm previously!! We know it's true. Right?! Be generous with your time.

6). Spend time investing on your marriage/relationship. People don't realize that divorce can be the second most stressful thing that they can go thru. You hear it all the time, but invest in it. The grief for you and your children can be compared to warfare.

7) Try a tear-jerker! I think I've mentioned that before! Seems crazy!!! But studies show that the more sadness people watch, can be more thought provoking. I would have to agree to disagree with that.

I have friends that don't watch sad movies period. And the horribly sad animal abuse ads can literally ruin my whole day! And everyone that I know that are animal lovers, can't turn the ridiculous TV off quick enough!!!

8) Find a way to bring joy to your commute. Walk or hike. That could take a while on the freeway and maybe not be so safe!!!! Listening to music releases dopamine, a mood enhancing hormone.

9). Fake it til you feel it! Flashing a grin slows down your heart rate.

From Me to U!

Have a blessed day!

Hope in the "fog"
