😢🥺😢🥺😢🥺

One author wrote, when people ask me to describe what fibromyalgia is like, I ask them if they had ever joined a gym after not exercising & them gone crazy using all the weight machines at the highest weight, plus aerobics for an hour? Then I ask them to remember how they felt the next day when every muscle in their body ached? Imagine feeling like that every day, all day.

There can be sensitivity to touch & pressure. It can feel like your entire body is bruised.

I take medications for pain and sleep. I suffer from extreme insomnia. I have good doctors, my rheumatologist & psychiatrist. I am very lucky in that regard.
